Since we use “green” cleaning products when we clean your property you can be sure that when you or your guests arrive, you all can breathe in the fresh mountain air of the Adirondacks. (Instead of harsh fumes caused by bleach and ammonia.)

How do we do that?

We start by using safe, non-toxic “green” cleaners in your vacation rental rather than harsh chemical irritants.  That way, we don’t decrease your air quality just by cleaning.

Next, during routine cleaning, we use professional vacuum cleaners with HEPA filtration systems.  These remove asthma and allergy triggers including dust mites, animal dander, pollen and mold from hard surfaces and textiles in your vacation rental.  Our vacuums trap these contaminants in the system and remove them from your vacation rental instead of releasing them back into the air like ordinary vacuums.

Finally, we can clean your furniture and carpets with a “green” system that avoids harsh chemicals, while limiting residual moisture.  This restores the filtering ability of these surfaces without attracting mold or mildew.  It also removes any tiny visitors your guests may have unintentionally left behind.
